All presentations must be in English. Any author attending the Conference must be a registered participant.

Invited Oral Presentation

The time allotted to each plenary presentation is 45 minutes (35 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion) and to each invited presentation 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).

All session rooms are equipped with a projector, laptop, microphones, laser pointer, and screen.

All invited speakers are kindly requested to give their presentation materials to the staff in the session room at least 2 hours before the start of their session.

Presentation files can be only accepted as *.ppt, *.pptx, or *.pdf because each laptop for presentation is provided with Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat 11.

Please make sure that the laptops in the session rooms are NOT equipped to accommodate audio sound.

If you plan to use your own laptop, please contact the secretariat in advance. Even if you will use own laptop, we recommend you to bring a copy of your presentation file on a USB flash drive as a back-up.

For compatibility reasons, it is strongly recommended that PowerPoint presentation files contain only common True Type fonts. Some other fonts may not appear properly.

Poster Presentation

All poster sessions will take place at Ballroom Lobby (2F).

The displayable area is approximately 90cm(W) x 120cm(H).

Your abstract number (ex: Po-Ad15-001) will be provided by the secretariat and positioned in the upper left-hand corner of your poster board. You may check your abstract number at "Mypage" of ICAMD 2015 website (

The abstract title, authors and affiliation should be noticeable on your poster.

ICAMD 2015 will provide the materials to mount your poster.

Poster presenters should be available during the poster session to answer questions and discuss with attendees. Presenters who fail to show up for their schedueled presentation without any prior notice will be considered as “no-show”.

If you have more than one poster and they are not side by side, you need to spread your time over all poster presentations.

It is NOT acceptable to merely post a copy of your paper. Such papers will be marked as a “no-show” presentation.

Please remind that the poster that has not been tore down during the set time will be discarded without notice.

ICAMD 2015 accepts no responsilibity for any materials that may be left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
