Registration Guideline

On-line registration will be available from October 13, 2013 to November 8, 2013 through our official website (http://www.icamd.or.kr) and is highly recommended to all conference participants. If on-line registration is not available, please email your registration information to the conference secretariat at: secretary@icamd.or.kr or download the registration form and send the completed form by fax. (Fax : +82-55-212-1331). The confirmation letter of registration will be issued at 'My page' upon clearance of payment.

Registration fee includes

- For Regular Registrants : Admission to All Technical Sessions, Abstract Booklet, Conference Epitome, Lunch, Coffee Breaks, and Banquet.
- For Student Registrants : Admission to All Technical Sessions, Abstract Booklet, Conference Epitome, Lunch, and Coffee Breaks.

- For "All Inclusive Registration"(Registration fee + Accommodation fee), please contact the secretariat.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash or credit card. ICAMD 2013 accepts only the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card and JCB. Wire transfer is available with the following bank account. It must be made on

* Please note that a copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the conference registration form. (Fee has to be transferred under the registrant's name only; the name must be stated on the receipt) Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants. Receipt will be sent to you after your payment is received. To be eligible for the early registration fee, payment must be completed by November 8, 2013.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (secretary@icamd.or.kr) or fax (+82-55-212-1331).
2. All bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference has ended.
4. Please refer to the following dates for cancellation.

On or Before November 22, 2013 80% Refund
After November 22, 2013 No Refund
