  • Oral Presentations

    The time allotted to each plenary speaker is 45 minutes (35 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion) and to each invited speaker 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).

    All session rooms will be equipped with a beam projector, a laptop computer and a screen. Presenters should test their presentations on the computer before the session. Presenters may bring their own notebook computers. The laptops in oral session rooms are not equipped to accommodate audio sound.
     

    Poster Presentations

    The poster sessions will be held on December 9, 10 and 11 in the Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel. Ballroom Lobby (2F) . Poster stands and tapes for mounting will be provided at the conference. The displayable area is approximately 90 cm (W) × 140 cm (H) and holds about 16 A4-size papers. A sign designating your poster board number (EX: Wed-Na-01) will be provided by secretariat and positioned in the upper left-hand corner of the board. The boards will be arranged in the order that the poster presentations are listed in the final program.

    There are four poster sessions, POSTER I, POSTER II, POSTER III, and POSTER IV. Posters for POSTER I should be displayed during 18:15 - 19:30 on December 9, posters for POSTER II during 09:45 - 11:00 on December 10, posters for POSTER III during 16:45 - 18:15 on December 10, and posters for POSTER IV during 10:00-11:00 on December 11. Posters should be removed by 10 minutes after closing of the poster sessions.

    Please note that ICAMD2009 assumes no responsibility for material that may be left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.

    Each poster presentation must have at least one author be present during the session. Posters that are not posted on time will be treated as “no-show’s”. ‘No-show’ papers will be rejected without review. AV equipment is not permitted in the poster session room.

     
    Speaker Check-in
    Plenary speakers and invited speakers are asked to check-in at the speaker check-in desk in the registration area, where they can pick up the honorarium. International speakers are asked to bring their passports and airline tickets.
